Founded by 2 engineers with textile industry background, Formens’ venture started by the acquisition of equipment from VESTRA. It is in Botosani, Romania, that the chains of production were assembled. Being close to Ukraine, Moldavia and the reknown Iasi University (specialized in textiles since 1934), our production plant is located in a strategic hub recognized for over a century.

The combination of French and Romanian «Savoir-faire » made us the leader of the suit industry in France. Our understanding of the market and our clients’ needs enable us to be extremely reactive and proactive to its evolutions. In 2010, Formens’ sales exceeded 22 Millions Euros and we expect a significant growth for the coming years. The Made-to-measure adventure started 5 years ago. Capitalizing on its unique DNA composed of savoir-faire and dynamism, Formens aims at becoming the European leader of the made-to-measure private label by 2016.
